a short stop on the way to Yellowstone.
Animals were everywhere, rodents were the dominant critters.
Trees find the lower part of the mountain comfortable while few flower plants have become accustom to a short growing season.
many insects find homes in the small cracks, however the butterflies will catch your eye before anything else.

While we were only at the Rock Creek Vista and the tundra areas a few hours it was a beautiful sight. The mountains and the floral mixed together in a symphonic way that cannot be described with words and pictures only seem to cut short of all the glory these mountain ranges give
